risograph printed, hand sewn, 180 x 280 mm, 114 pages
edition of 40

An assisted rewrite of William Wordsworth’s 1807 poem I wandered lonely as a cloud, which has been rewritten with machine assistance using the what3words geolocation mobile phone application. The what3words application has assigned every 3x3m square on the planet with a unique three word address that will never change. The poem was copied into the application in multiples of three words, giving the closest possible match in words, and also an actual location. The resultant data of a three word paring and a satellite image of the location referred to was used as the content of the poem. Risograph printed and hand sewn binding.

Released alongside the exhibition into wanderer lonely.

Supported by Bergen Kommune and Norsk Kulturrådet.
